We are looking for a Telecaller for one of the Leading Real Estate and Construction Company (Ark Group) based at Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by having knowledge on Leads Prospects.
- Leads generated through different sources from social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) and online prospects.
- Interacting with the leads generated through portal(99 Acres, Live prop,Housing.com)
- Cold calling should be done on data to get site visit appointments
- Responsible for taking up inbound & outbound calls and know the customer requirement and arrange accordingly.
- Should have the knowledge on Operating Telephone Equipments, Automatic Dialing Systems.
- Should have basic knowledge on Excel for maintaining information on data
- Telecallers should be aggressive and motivated to achieve their daily targets.
- Responsible for providing information and guiding the customer to visit the site.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to have more business prospects.
- Ensure all Operations to be done through CRM application and client’s data to be updated into CRM.
- Should be very good in understanding and handling the call script.
- Should have Knowledge on Internet, Digital Marketing, drafting emails, and able to handle Zoom calls and web chats.
- Customer Interaction Report( on all calls made, customers attended and Site Visit Follow up, and Site visits done by the Customers)
