Gummi Ram Reddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of Ark Group, with over four decades of experience across real estate, construction, infrastructure, and allied sectors. Known for his ethical approach and long-term perspective, he has led the delivery of high-quality projects across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and other regions. Since founding Ark Group in 1989, he has guided its growth into a diversified organisation spanning real estate, civil construction, infrastructure, agriculture through Ark Agro, and social initiatives through the Ark Foundation. He has overseen the execution of complex projects across multiple cities, earning the trust of clients and industry partners through consistency and discipline. His leadership philosophy, the 3Ts, Trust, Train, and Track, focuses on building capable teams, enabling continuous improvement, and maintaining accountability at every level. He has served as Founder President of CREDAI Telangana and is currently President-Elect of CREDAI National for 2025–2027. Through the Ark Foundation, he continues to support and mentor emerging talent across fields.

Sarala Gummi is a Director at Ark Group, contributing to the organisation’s governance and its people-focused approach. She is closely associated with Ark Agro, where she supports operations and ensures alignment with the Group’s emphasis on sustainable and responsible growth. She strengthens management practices that balance business priorities with long-term outcomes. Known for her practical and considered approach, she supports leadership decisions, brings clarity to processes, and helps teams work with confidence and consistency. Sarala is also a Trustee of the Ark Foundation, with a focus on education and career development for underserved students. She believes that access to the right guidance and opportunities can create meaningful, long-term impact. Through her involvement, the Foundation has supported the education of several students and encouraged young individuals to pursue their aspirations, including in areas such as the performing arts.

Meghna Gummi leads Ark Group’s strategic growth, business development, and long-term direction. An architect by training, she transitioned into real estate with a focus on building sustainable, scalable, and value-driven developments. Her approach combines structured execution with long-term planning, ensuring that growth remains measured and aligned with the organisation’s broader objectives. She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Pratt Institute, New York. She works on strengthening operational efficiency, financial discipline, and team capability, bringing greater clarity to processes and decision-making. Her focus is on aligning teams, improving performance, and ensuring that systems support consistent execution. Under her leadership, Ark Group continues to evolve with a clear direction, steady growth, and a strong emphasis on consistency, accountability, and long-term value creation.

Pranav Muppidi leads technology, digital operations, and marketing systems at Ark Group. He focuses on aligning technology with business needs, building structured systems, and enabling scalable growth across the organisation. His work is centred on creating efficient processes that support day-to-day operations and long-term business goals. He has been instrumental in implementing key systems, including ERP, HRMS, in-house marketing operations, and tele-sales platforms. These systems have helped streamline workflows, improve coordination across teams, and strengthen visibility across functions. His approach emphasises clarity, functionality, and measurable outcomes. Under his leadership, Ark Group continues to strengthen its position as a technology-enabled organisation, with systems designed to support efficiency, scalability, and sustained growth.
